This isn't the guy I'd want around my group of elite young talent.

Outside elite, a kids career is made or slade, by the organization that drafts him and the style they want to play.

Regardless of the action/no action speculation, the deal sealer for me was when Q got Beach’s endorsement to coach again. While it wasn’t required, I think it goes a long way for both of those two that they talked and addressed any issues they had between each other.

I think this counts for a lot, yeah. Q deservedly took a pretty big hit to his reputation and legacy, but I do think that if Beach is fine with him returning then who am I to argue.

I'd rather have Q coaching the Sharks. The Sharks are going to be scary given the right guy. I honestly believe Grier will be giving people who believe in blowing it up and starting over a team to point out as the blueprint. I don't think they have the coach.
