32 innings pitched one run.

Post by sikeston bulldog2 »

Good morning

That’s where we are at . Last 32 innings 1 run. 4 runs allowed in last for games, three of which came in one game.
Have gone 23 consecutive scoreless. That’s strong over two opponents.

The staff may be the best in baseball as a whole. Now two power hitters and the reset is done.

39 IP with 3 runs allowed. That’s 4 and 1/3 straight games with an era under one- .70 ish.

I don’t know what to think of the recent pitching. Are we that good a staff that we can now go 7 plus most games, thus shortening the pen.

9 and 7.1 neither from our ace. We are one top rotation guy away and one major bat away. This reset is going better than could ever be expected.

As long as they stay healthy they look like they can lead us to the post-season.

Couple take seats- if they pitch like this, no doubt. No staff can go this strong this long. It’s a feat. And we have allowed runs to be scored just once in 30 ish innings.

Think about that- one scoring inning in 3 plus games- and then just two runs.
