shouldn't Honeyman and Kross be moved up a level pretty soon?

I'd say, "Yes" to Honeyman....and "maybe" on Kross....moving Catchers is quite difficult. They usually move up or down depending on attrition, not really a promotion. Without the attrition, they're stuck in place.

There will be cuts around draft time, I expect several Peoria players will be cut from the Org....so probably in July....if no injuries occur

you probably heard it correctly...he's not that great of catcher, so it makes sense. He's not the primary Catcher, Sammy Hernandez is.
