Oh please. Look at the play. The fan was reaching for the ball, and his glove brushed Phams shoulder. Pham then gives him the "hand job" motion, and continues talking sheet to him. It's not like the fan wrapped him up with his hands. It was a slight shoulder brush with a baseball mitt. What more likely happened is the fan was harassing Pham, and we know how well Tommy can handle that!

On a side note Pham was fined 10Gs for his hand job motion.

No doubt the fan should be tossed for fan interference, but not worth off the gesture (in front of kids), and the fight invite. Face it, the dude can't control his intensity. Been proven every place he's been. Is he a competitor? Of course he is. He just went too far IMO.

Belated congrats to Tommy on his 1000th hit.

May not seem like a big deal, but for a guy with only 56 hits before his 29th bday, it's kind of a big deal to hit quadruple digits in hits. He is in the company of guys like Freese, Jay and others.

I think 2025 is his swan song. Hopefully he gets hot and is traded to a contender, but maybe this is it.

He was upset that he took a backseat to Grichuk, Piscotty and Adams. As it stands, he will probably have a better WAR than all three.
