Arenado ain't cutting it as a cleanup hitter

Post by Shady »

Frankly, nobody else could be either, It's a huge lineup construction deficit. Maybe Contreras, However, he is so vulnerable to the slider strikeout in RBI situations.

Yet burley’s ops is another 100 points lower.

Willson has been hot this week though.

Herrera or Contreras.

Contreras got off to an awful start, but look at what he's done the past 30 games:

.292/.375/.460/.835
5 HR 17 RBI

AS I told you many times, Contreras has a 10 year track record of excellence at the plate. It was only a matter of time before he started crushing baseballs again.

I'd mix it up....But yeah...Herrera or Contreras need to hit cleanup.
