Not one to defend Oli,but, watched the replay of Oli asking for a review and it looked to me that he indicated he was challenging both calls.

Not a fan of Oli, but he likely challenges what the video guy advises is the mostly likely to get overturned.

It's an MLB issue. All plays at the plate should be an automatic review. No manager challenge needed.
