That's just insane. Keep what had worked most of the game with Parayko and Fowler. Not the RH loser Faulk with Parayko. Made no sense.
Lots of stupidity to go around in the final 2 minutes. And Monty should not escape criticism over that move.
Why did Monty mess with the top D pairing in final minute?

I agree. With 20 secs to go Faulk whiffed on a backhand clear, one would assume a LHD there would have been a better option on his forehand. Plus, Faulk has been absolutely awful at 5 on 6. He had a ton of mistakes in that exact same role prior to tonight. They need a better option for a shutdown RHD behind 55

Maybe Fowler had taken a shift. I put the blame on the loss, partly on Buchnevich for a boneheaded headed mental mistake.. he should’ve killed the clock plus he has a Blues forward skating up the middle..
The analyst even said he should’ve chipped the puck in after moving forward. You got admit that the Jets just had better luck in the last three minutes of play and the OT winner he had the one off Sunny’s leg and one off Sutter’s stick and shockingly bounced in
Plus, we did not test Hellabucyk enough after the two goals
