A Cardinals doubleheader downtown with a 3-hour break to eat and drink...then the Blues go double OT on TV. I should have told my investment adviser this morning to buy stock in Ballpark Village.

Hell of a season. Tonight sucks but the Blues have a bright future. Losing like this will only make the Blues stronger. Jets really turned up the desperation level in the 3rd.

Yea there is something to be said there. This was the same script we’ve seen all year. Only natural it would end on a last minute collapse

Thanks for a couple of fun months. The future looks bright but defensive help needs to be the focus in the off season.

Yeah, all the mental errors in the last 2 minutes were mind-boggling. And most were by vets. And by Monty, who for some reason paired Faulk with Parayko when his usual partner is Fowler.

That was tough, but hopefully it builds some character in a few of the young guys.

That was a hell if a run by a team that had no business being there if you go back to where they were at the 4 Nations Tournament, so I’m just going to be thankful that I got to watch some great hockey down the stretch.

Hopefully this wasn’t their high water mark for the next several years.
