Shortening his bench with Yahtzee lines in the 3rd worked out as well as it did in Game One.

Re: What Does Monty Get Questioned About?
The only thing I’d say he gets question about would be why we can’t seem to handle six on five very well. Multiple mistakes again and a lot of unfortunate puck luck in the last 3 minutes there. Up until the Jets scored that whole minute looked awful for them.
Overall, if both teams are full strength I probably still would have taken the Blues overall game. Holloway just changes the dynamic of the top two lines, I’m not as familiar with the Jets but with or without Ehlers/Vilardi I don’t think their game played much different.
What I mean is the identity of the Blues is almost exactly the same on all four lines with Holloway. Could be totally off base there but Kyrou/Thomas/Buch or Snuggy don’t have much of a dump and chase game in them so Winnipeg got a break often. If that line is rolling like the others with speed and getting in deep I think the flow is better.
Our 2nd period changes were pretty bad all series as well, clearly some work to do there to see what Winnipeg was doing to cause us so much grief.
