Game 7 Avs & Stars

Post by blackinkbiz »

Jamie Benn just crosschecks Nichuskin to the mouth. Should probably be a game misconduct but they'll never do that in the playoffs.

4 min double-minor

Fun game though.
Thanks for starting a thread. I was just about to.

Both these teams are so fast.

Looked intentional to me. Should have been a major. He cross checked him right in the mouth.

No kidding. Not a lot of east to west. Both teams are up and down the ice fast.

Probably give the edge to Avs in that period. Seems like two heavy-weight fighters keeping their distance in the early rounds feeling each other out.

Didn't realize Stars are without Robertson and Heiskanen. Might be a better match up for Blues---IF they find a way to win tomorrow!!!!

Remember when Benn took that dumb[ash] penalty against Vegas that one year? What a moron

Heard the same thing. I wonder if they'll be "on" for the first few games.
I actually didn't give DAL that much of a chance because of the injuries. But they sure are keeping up with the speed.

Man I hope Colorado wins. We've beaten them 3 out of 4 this year. Their goalie is a suspect and they couldn't finish off Dallas quickly without Heiskenen and Robertson. Want to pay those (female canine animals, especially dogs) back for '21 and '22. Hate that [fork]ing team, their single digit IQ fans, and the ownership.

I can't believe Benn got away with a cross check to the face.

Trash play.

It's all gravy to me if the Blues get in the 2nd round, but IF we are trying to re-live 2019 then shouldn't we want a rematch with Dallas?

Probably take a game or two to get up to speed for them.

I have a hard time hoping a Kroenke team wins. I don't care if we match up better, if we even win tomorrow.

All Kroenke teams can go to hell.

Good point, why would someone who participates in the hate train of that guy want the Avs to win another game? I would make K. more money and give that team more credit.

That last Dallas power play just gave Colorado their goal. One turnover after another. Including the killer turnover.

And now MacKinnon just probably put the icing on the cake. The Dallas D got walked, and their goaltender did not hug the post well enough.
