Thoughts From Jersey
Flew in for Game (6) last night…very proud of the Blues’ performance and the crowd participation. Lived in St. Louis as a boy. Am old enough to have been to the Cup Finals in 1969/1970. Was in the Lou for the 2019 Cup Finals. The Arena was as loud as I remember the Old Barn…actually louder. This team is a little ahead of schedule…so…enjoy the ride. If management does it right…I might just be coming back to the Lou for the next (7) plus years to enjoy potential Cup runs. And remember this…no matter how good your roster is…and your coaching…it all comes down to whether you have a Cup goaltender…and regardless of what happens in game (7)…we do…and he’s won all of us a Cup already…I only hope we can continue to surround him with enough talent so that he just might be able to give us another one! Stay safe all.

Well said. I almost flew in from our of town too for game 6 but some stuff came up. Maybe later in the playoffs I will be able to. Hopefully.

My wife & I had tickets for Game 4 last Sunday, and StubHub screwed us out of the tickets. I’ll never use them again.
We were in town from San Antonio to attend my brother in law’s memorial service. Imagine if we had flown up just for the game. I’d be even more PO’d.

If you don’t mind me asking what happened (tickets). I thought stub hub had some kind of guarantee that (bleep) like you described does not happen.

Thanks. My brother in law had suffered from Alzheimer’s for a few years, so while sad, it was a relief to his adult kids who were the care givers.George Zipp wrote: ↑03 May 2025 14:01 pmSorry to hear that and sorry for your loss.Hazelwood72 wrote: ↑03 May 2025 13:53 pm My wife & I had tickets for Game 4 last Sunday, and StubHub screwed us out of the tickets. Regarding StubHub, they told me the ticket seller “didn’t release the tickets”. SH tried to get me 2 replacement tickets about 1 hour before the game, but those fell through too. They did refund my entire ticket cost. I don’t understand their business model. You would think as soon as you purchase the tickets, they would immediately come to you. I’ve dealt with them 4 times before, with no trouble. What torques me off was that I also purchased a parking pass and they won’t refund that money because I “already used it”. Of course I used it, because I was still attempting to work through them while I sat in the car at the parking lot.
From now on, I’ll just go through Ticketmaster.
Hopefully the Blues win Sunday so that I have another opportunity to watch them this season. #LGB!

That's screwed up. I have Portland Timbers season tickets. They use seat geek and whenever I sell them, there is no release. Either I have them up for sell for someone to buy or I don't. I agree, I don't get that StubHub process.
Come to think of it. A couple years ago I had a similar problem with SH for a Canuck game. They replaced the tickets with something "comparable". I didn't like that at all because I'm particular on where I want to sit. I think there is some sort of scam going on where sellers can opt out if someone comes along with a higher payment. IDK.
