+1...I was in Section 148....the place was deader than the Pope...many fans can't believe what DeTwit and Mo-ran are letting this team become
There’s really no effort to get out of the hole they dug. It’s like they’re not aware they’re in a whole
“What do you mean our no name, no experience, talentless, no feel for game manager should be fired”????
Patience is always necessary during a reset.
It’s that way for the fans of any team going through this.
If I’m correct the reset is a three year adventure. This past off season we wanted to rid ourselves of nado Matz Mik and Goldie. Goldie is gone. The other three will go at deadline. That completes phase one.
Play out the season. Cut the kids who can’t play. Add a stud third baseman. Play 2026.
Cut the fat. Add a pitcher. Compete 2027.
Scott has made the need for a stud outfielder less urgent.
It's nice to see Scott and Winn maturing. Nootbaar and Herrera too. Now, if Walker and Gorman can just........
Scott and Winn are there reference pro baseball players. Now how great will they become is the question.
Need a stud ace league level. Need a stud third baseman. Need a stud DH.
Each of these come after each season. The haul for gray Mik Matz and Nado at the deadline will be impressive, as Bloom gets to make his initial mark.

He's relying on young talent. Let's see how it works out.
Lots of issues for sure.
There have been some encouraging bright spots with younger players but still more issues/questions than positives.
Personally...I get more frustrated with the mental breakdowns and lapses in fundamentals than the physical mistakes.
And that also is very much in question in the dugout!

Yea, I snuck into the stash a bit early today. Here it is- gotta have some studs if you are in a reset. The point is to shed monies and players, then spending to fill2-3 glaring power gaps. Very simple in theory. Let’s hope this Bloom fellow is good. Timing is everything.

Could be, but it’s not always on the POBO.
No it’s not. He can only play his hand in a game with numerous opponents.
Here’s my deal. I’m gonna play this season out and see is a keeper. Mental physical intelligence. I keep those. I add one stud. If nado is gone I want it to be third. Pay the man. Then we play year two. Again we assess. Again we add one stud. Then compete.

you said it !
BDWJr failed to repace Mo when most could see he was well past his expiration date years ago.
This failure has led the franchise to where it is today.
Never had to happen.
With competent leadership from the POBO/GM office BDWJr could still be enjoying 3+M and we could still be enjoying playoff baseball.

You failed us Bill Dewitt, Jr
I don’t always support the owner, but efforts were made by trading for Ozuna, trading for Goldy, trading for Arenado, trading for a bunch of pitchers in July, 2023, etc. I’m sure BDW had a hand in approving all of those moves. Outsiders always have such simplistic criticisms.
