all the major pundits are EXTREMELY high on both Rodriguez and Padilla, but the Cards held them back and kept them in STEP, and will start them in the FCL. Other organizations take the aggressive approach and let them go wild in Low A immediately.
I don't know what to think of them....did they have a sorry camp this spring, thus the FCL assignment? Or are the Cards doing their Conservative approach again?
They let Mejia, who wasn't hyped as much, start in Palm Beach 2 seasons ago, he sank and was demoted soon after....but they were aggressive initially
