NHL needs to go back to 3 divisions per conference and white sweaters at home

I have never been a fan of this playoff format. I'm not sure how much it really affects what the matchups would be, but the old way was better imo. Also, it's time for the uniform switch. Every game at every stadium is always the same, your home team vs a white jersey. Switch it up .

Certainly not a big fan of the present playoff format, but I kind of like the dark jerseys at home.

I also like the dark jerseys at home in NHL. On the other side, I like white jerseys at home in MLB.

No preference really on the divisions per conference.

I miss the white jerseys at home. Now every home game is blue vs white. I prefer the home whites against the RedWings in red, the Stars in Green and the Leafs in blue, like it was meant to be lol. Now get off my lawn

You should wear your colors at home. Home whites just white wash the stadiums throughout the league.

Do what the NHL did in 1991. Wear whites at home in the first half of the season. Wear colored jersey at home in the second half.

Then, here’s my modification. Wear colors for first round in playoffs. Wear whites for second round. Colors for 3rd round and whites for Finals.

This way, home crowds get to see the colorful jerseys of the road teams and also the colorful jerseys of the home team sometimes, too.

I heard a rumor that the NHL is considering letting teams both teams wear their color jerseys in games as long as they contrast, like the 4 Nations Finals
