The Jets probably aren't any happier about losing two road games than the Blues were. Until the Blues beat them in Winnipeg the Jets still have home ice advantage. I'm sure they believe that matters..

All games start out 0-0. This is crunch time, every shift matters, every shot, every check, every decision, every reaction. Nothing in the past matters. A player trying to deal with the past is making a huge mistake. Frankly, no one associated with the Blues should care about the Jets mindset until the puck is dropped.

The Blues have several players who walked the walk, if I counted right eight players who have won a Cup, and a veteran laden defensive corps and Binner. These guys need to lead in the locker room and on the ice. There is no reason to believe they won't.

In the end the winner of the game has to score more goals. I expect we'll see max intensity from both teams. If both bring their A-games it will be a colossal barnburner of a hockey game.
