Do you think they will ever go to a best of 5 series format/ MLB started with best of 3 or was it best of 5 and then changed it. Like the Providence coach said, "ONE BAD PERIOD CAN COST YOU YOUR SEASON." Dalibor going to play in tournament in May.

Well, the AHL has a 23 team, 5 round playoffs so it makes sense that the first couple rounds are only 3 and 5 game series IMO.

It doesn’t seem fair, tbh. The option is to qualify less teams?

Kinda OT- in the three game series DD led the TBirds with two points. I reckon they were passes to Dean (who also had two points) and Loof.
The third Springfield goal was scored by callup Corey Schueneman.

I’m not a fan of play-in games and Best of 3s. What baseball has done to their playoff system is brutal IMO. You play a full season of games… that should matter. You shouldn’t be out of the playoffs because you have one off night.
