Who pay to watch this team?
I'm going to a couple of games this year, but who would really pay to watch this team? I guess I've been sucked into a couple.

I got tickets for when they are in AZ this season. I always do.
I might need a whole family pack of cards branded paper bags to wear over our heads. (my one kid will not abide)

I'm part of a group that shares season tix in Section 148...my son and I enjoy the father/son time and we know a lot of the people in that section...most people are (upset) at DeTwit and Mo-ran...we go and leave early if they suck

Re: Who pay to watch this team?
This is once again a team with no stars. No Pujols, no Edmonds, no Rolen, no Yadi, no C. Carpenter, no Waino.
This year, though, I do like paying attention when Liberatore is pitching. He could become a star. Herrera as well. Too bad he got hurt.
I might pay to go to a game if I have visitors who want to go. That's about it.

A Cardinal fan who supports the team....unlike the whiners and complainers who jump off the wagon when the team doesn't compete for the WS.
Re: Who pay to watch this team?
These fans in STL support the team. The owner not so much. There's a difference between being a good fan and an apologist for the owner.

What are the prime career years - 27 to 32? Maybe we should give the younger players a little time to develop?icon wrote: ↑27 Apr 2025 18:13 pm This is once again a team with no stars. No Pujols, no Edmonds, no Rolen, no Yadi, no C. Carpenter, no Waino.

Re: Who pay to watch this team?
Well said..most people have little interest in who owns the team unless they are letting them down like DeTwit and Mo-ran...and any criticism is immediately attacked by the few front office (donkey) kissers.
