This team doesn't seem to believe in swinging at close ones with 2 strikes, even though the umps have proven they will expand the strike zone. Its almost like they would rather be right than survive.

Brown said they are preaching that there is a time to slug and a time to cut down swing. However Walker never uses the slug approach. Is there a lack of communication or is he just not willing to hit for more than singles? Frustrating to watch when he’s in a hitters count and drives it into ground

Hopefully Fedde can hold the fort and give us a chance to come back.
In defense of Fedde he has pitched well with zero run support.

He was 1-0 first AB ad drove it into ground. Brings another issue. Does he have a bad eye?Futuregm2 wrote: ↑27 Apr 2025 14:01 pmHow often is he actually going into a hitters count?Youboughtit wrote: ↑27 Apr 2025 13:54 pm Brown said they are preaching that there is a time to slug and a time to cut down swing. Moronic AB’s!
Veteran pitcher who lives on the corners with his command.
Might want to start protecting the plate with 2 strikes???
