1 goal in 22 playoff games is not consistent offensive production. It’s consistent non-production thoughHarry York 37 wrote: ↑22 Apr 2025 09:15 am Buchnevich is our most productive player among the forwards. Thomas is minus four and passe like he doesn't careor is injured. Snuggy has great talent, but is a child in a man's game- there is hope for him, it is all so new at this level. Schenn is hitting like crazy but that is all. Kyrou has withdrawn into a shell of what he had become. Neighbours needs a playmaker and no one is stepping up.
I can't help you if that isn't enough.
I fear your ideas of offensive production are...either naive or driven by some agenda that has little to do with playing ice hockey. He sure ain't pretty, he always looks grimpy, and he is, often, in the shadow of Thomas. But....
No one on this team has more consistent offensive production as a Blue... than Buchnevich.

The Buchnevich we had two years ago has been missing for two years. It's less than it was and it's a little frustrating.

iT does this every playoff year. And consistently gets the players wrong. Everybody talks about it

Well, that Buchnevich answered the call and played center for Kyrou the last half of the 24 season and the first third of this one.seattleblue wrote: ↑22 Apr 2025 10:03 am The Buchnevich we had two years ago has been missing for two years. It's less than it was and it's a little frustrating.
He does what the team needs him to do.
He is a warrior and we are lucky to have him.
Thomas has him on his wing for a reason.

He's bashed him most all of the year.callitwhatyouwant wrote: ↑24 Apr 2025 21:13 pmiT does this every playoff year. And consistently gets the players wrong. Everybody talks about it
Reminds me of his bashing of Barbs.
You just have to laugh at the Blues fan charade he puts on here......it's clear as mud.

Can’t make this stuff up. So funny. Laughing. Everyone talking about it.
Re: Buchnevich needs to score
Buchnevich needs to score all right. He scores, we win
How did we get an extra penalty??
Didn’t they start it?

2 of the 3 goals
3 of his 4 points
were at even strength.
what will the new strawman argument be?

He was great. Nice to see him get that monkey off his back hey. Scoring your 1st one at 30 I’m sure was a big relief.LongTimeListener wrote: ↑25 Apr 2025 08:46 am 2 of the 3 goals

Re: Buchnevich needs to score
you sound so excited, throwing in the backhanded compliment in for a player you're on record for not liking at all. it's always enlightening when you start four or five threads with gripes after the team loses, but only chime in meekly one time the day after the blues utterly destroy the other team. this happens a lot for you. so transparent, even when you're trying to be a "fan".theograce wrote: ↑25 Apr 2025 10:05 amHe was great.
