Avalanche held the one nothing lead for quite a while. Then Dallas tied it in the 3rd. But if you’re not watching one of the Dallas players high sticked Brock Nelson, and drew blood. This with about 40 seconds left the avalanche buzzed, but did not score. So overtime will start with a little over three minutes of power play time for Colorado if needed

Well this thread went an interesting direction…

Regarding Landy, I’ve always loved him as a player. Amazing combo of grit and skill. But I’m conflicted as I absolutely hate the Avs. But good on this guy for battling for 3 years to rehab his knee to get back out there. Not sure how long his knee will hold up but it was great to see the first thing he did was go over and knock Rantanen on his butt lol.
