5on5 play is putrid

Post by MarmolMathenyShildtLOL »

1 goal in 120 minutes 5on5. you can win the special team battles all you want but when you are that putrid 5on5, you will lose most of the time.

if they can fix that and keep the PP chipping in a goal or two every game, they can make it a series. If not, going to be over in 4 or 5.

The Jets are a really good team. They can clamp

Blues are being outplayed and their top players got hit around tonight.

They hung in there until they broke down and Buchnevich made what turned out to be a huge error

Well don't forget the Jets allowed the least goals in the NHL by quite a bit and the Blues were considered by a lot of people to be several years away from the playoffs

Given the circumstances and now being at home where he can better control matchups, I wonder if Monty uses some common sense and moves Bolduc into the top 6? He really has no choice. Put Neighbours with Sunny and try and have two offensive lines and two checking lines, instead of one and three.

Parayko is clearly playing hurt this doesnt help at all he looks like hes 50% gutting thru it. Im hoping this precaution is why Monty sat Joseph for Tucker bc Tucker isnt ready for this level otherwise thats a horrible coaching error.
At one point my wife asked lol, how many players do the Jets have out there?! Which was funny bc it looks like they have about 12 forwards forechecking
