He looks like a player, someone who could start at SS and hits the ball a little (SSS). I hate to see Winn down, but these opportunities are great to see others come through.
I'd like to see Prieto play and maybe some other pitchers eventually. This is a financial reset, but all one around the talent itself. I hope we get a chance to see others come up and get some PT even if it's just a 10 day stretch as opportunities present themselves.
Random thoughts - I am loving Saggese getting PT

He has definitely raised eyebrows.Alex Reyes Cy Young wrote: ↑22 Apr 2025 07:14 am He looks like a player, someone who could start at SS and hits the ball a little (SSS). I hate to see Winn down, but these opportunities are great to see others come through.

The infield will offer a lot of options especially if Arenado stays.
Winn/Gorman/Saggese/Donovan.
You mentioned Prieto and of course Wetherholt looms next season.
I have not seen Prieto or JJ play but sounds like Winn has the best glove for SS?
*Nolan traded?
*Noot traded and Donovan winds up in LF?
*Where does JJ best fit?
Lots of possibilities in potential trades(for pitching?).
I don’t think they’d trade Winn but you never know?
Trades are exciting to contemplate but then again you worry about keeping/dealing the wrong guy!
