Rock-Im trying to find link about Blooms role with Lib starting. Have you seen it?rockondlouie wrote: ↑21 Apr 2025 09:04 am I was not impressed at all w/Saggese when I first saw him last season, even called him JAG.
But the kid has really opened my eye's, to me he's the "bright spot" among the hitters.
On the pitching side like many I've been skeptical Libby had the pitches to get out RHH'ers as a starter, thought he'd be a great MRP the rest of his career.
But C. Bloom inserting him into the rotation the end of STing, rather than letting Mo/Oli keep him in the pen', makes Libby the pitching "bright spot".
Call all change w/the SSS, but these are my two bright spots of the early season.

(Bloom also made the call on Noot being the lead-off hitter

Libby move makes perfect sense as he 1) drafted him and 2) Mo/Oli had him slotted in the pen' until the final days of camp.
And many of us have been screaming since last season that Noot was the (DUH!) obvious guy to hit lead-off and not Mo/Oli's choice M. Winn.
Can't wait for Bloom to be fully in charge.

Re: Cardinals bright spots, so far, this season
Rock, you're playing the "When things go right, it must be Bloom" and "when things go wrong it must be Mo" cards? You must be a right fit to be next to when Walker gets to hit 2nd, then goes 0-4 with 3 K's...."Yes, Bloom has Walker batting 2nd!!!!"....2 hours later, "(bleep) you, MO!!!!!"rockondlouie wrote: ↑21 Apr 2025 10:29 amNo link but............2ninr wrote: ↑21 Apr 2025 09:17 amRock-Im trying to find link about Blooms role with Lib starting. You normally have nothing to offer and all your trying to do is be a dick here as well. But you accidentally kind of have a point. Just because it's written on a blog or website doesn't make it true. Now do me a favor and ignore my posts. You aren't worth the effort to put you on ignore.thetank2 wrote: ↑21 Apr 2025 09:35 amSeriously?2ninr wrote: ↑21 Apr 2025 09:17 amRock-Im trying to find link about Blooms role with Lib starting.
