I agree with both sentences. And while I definitely agree that the problems are bigger than the manager, Oli makes it really hard to like him. I don’t think he’s horrible, but I also don’t think he’s very good. And I don’t think he comes off very well.
My initial impression of him after he publicly called out O'neill was high school Charlie.

Going forward the only way this franchise succeeds with the tv deal causing revenue problems is if Bloom does more with less. His blockbuster trade with the Dodgers was every bit as bad as some of Mozeliak's trades.

Bloom was told to get rid of Mookie, it’s not as if he woke up one morning and was like……you know what…..we don’t need him anymore


Mo gave away 2 aces in one single trade. That’s hard to top

Maybe he should have traded Betts to the Cardinals. It appears to me he chose to keep Devers over Betts. The good news is he has no superstars to trade with the Cardinals.
