Liberatore has thrown a great game. Not great enough with OUR road offense .. but it is still nice to see 6strong innings so far.

Libs gave up 2 in the 3rd but got to keep pitching.
Mikolas the other day was not afforded that choice.

need offense badly .....
.... or a 1,2,3 on 9 or so pitches....

11WSChamps wrote: 19 Apr 2025 16:38 pm So why do the Mets pull their starter there?
89 pitches
3 hits no runs 89 pitches it's ridiculous.
What is so ridiculous about it?
Why take him out?

I send him out there.
Absolutely
I'm 55% in favor of pulling him. It's April and he's building confidence. Tough call IMO.

Bottom of the order we used 100 pitchers last night I'd let him start the 7th.

Great reflexes for Liberatore to get the glove on that liner!

top of 7
cleveland 2
pirates 0
...I'm doing that also... Very similar game to the Cards today. Except Pirates at home and Cards on the road...

6.2 IP can’t be the winner. Can be the loser.

Nope. Correct decision here to remove him here with top of the lineup and over 100 pitches now. Every other team would have done the same.

...top of the order again. 4th time thru the order, and Lindor the Cards-Killer last night gonna see a different pitcher...

Yep another one from him. I’m glad they finally decided to give him consistent starts. Not seeing many of the hes not a starter hes a reliever posts anymore
