Remember when several on CT stumped for the Cardinals to make a play a sign him a couple of years ago?

He's being paid only $15M to pitch for the Mets this year. He has an opt out after this season.
We dont need Senga we signed an Ace pitcher from Japan. Miles freaking Mikolas!!!

Miles $18.5M.

Liberatore sitting at 85 pitches through six. Do you try him one more inning? I'd go no and pull him on a high note.

Eyelids64 wrote: 19 Apr 2025 16:06 pm Winn may have lost his job and deservingly so. Baker headed south also. Gotta find a sucker for Gorman. Fernandez gets bus ticket.
Winn hasn't lost anything. He hit .370 with a .915 OPS over his last 8 games (30 PA) before getting hurt.

But they can find a place for Saggese.
Winn SS, Saggese 2B, Donovan LF. If Saggese continues to be a superior hitter to Walker and Gorman. Nootbaar RF vs RHP and Walker RF vs LHP. If Burleson keeps hitting so so. Maybe some ABs for Saggese at DH. Saggese seems to have good splits against both RHP and LHP.
Good idea,
Let the rest fight for DH time
