I heard some very interesting stats that actually align with the 2019 playoffs.

Hellebyuck has a better winning percentage in Games 1-4, but falls off dramatically in games 5-7

Binnington is the polar opposite. In games 5-7 I believe he's only lost 2 or 3 games in his postseason career.

If Winnipeg wins this, they have to beat him early. If the Blues are to win this, they have to make it a long series. I believe Marty Biron shared the stats on a TSN feature.

How many times was Winnipeg favored to win their series? Can’t be a lot.

It’s like Price and Luongo … hard to win when the your team is inferior.

This year is different though with expectations being higher

Binnington manages the puck better than Helley. Hopefully that will be an advantage.

That 19 series against the Jets is forever imprinted in my memory. Game 4, Blues down 2-0 heading into the 3rd, and seemed like they were about to go down 3-2 in the series, which I thought would likely spell their end. Once Schwartz made the epic comeback complete, that's when I started to believe something special was happening.

So, if Blues can win a game in Winnipeg (1 or 2), I think they win the series in 7.

If they don't take at least one in Winnipeg, Jets will win in 4 or 5.

The Schwartz goal has been all over my Twitter feed today. So glad my algorithm is hockey, the northern light, music and dogs. I’ve watched it 20 times today. Kelly’s call on that goal is fantastic.

If my memory serves me the first time the home team won a game in that series was the clincher in game 6. Schwartz had a hat trick. It was 3-0 and they scored two late goals but the clock ran.

The day playoff tix went on sale a few weeks back we were nowhere close to clinching a thing but for grins I bought tix for game six. Sure hope I get to use them.

Last. I might have mentioned that I was in Vegas at the end of March and about two am after a night of drinking and the sphere i put a green chip on the blues to win the cup at 66-1. I haven’t lost yet😁

Lots of people remember Schwartz and rightfully so, but that was some assist by Bozak, who intercepted Scheifele's lame clearing attempt along the boards to feed Schwartz in front. What a comeback that was!

Great call. If you listen to Kelly’s full call about 20 secs before the goal Bozak had to jump on because someone had a skate issue. Amazing how the little things snowball into one of the greatest goals in franchise history.

People forget that Schwartz had to bat the puck out of mid air. The pass by Bozak was not a great one. The play to intercept the pass was a better play.
The Blues were a great road team that year.
They won 10 road playoff games, which either set a record or tied it.

Glad we are all bringing this up...it is the turning play of the run to remember for me too.

I give equal credit to both of them...just an amazing sequence for that huge goal.

Blues have no real chance to win this series. They may win 1.

The off-season will be another B____ as I watch the great young talent going to other cities.

I will be rooting for the Blues but I have realistic expectations.

Jets in 5. Blues win game 3 only.

Perhaps a pass along the ice is intercepted. I'd have to watch the replay again. Anyway, great plays by both on that goal.
