As to crawl walk run, the similarities are- the focus is never on any advance, just the present. Once we learn to crawl adequately the immmediate shift to walk, again with only vision for the present or the walk.
Re: This offense is cooking right now.
Some of the past years we’ve had strong hitting and weak pitching. Other years we’ve had weak hitting and strong pitching. Tough to put both together, but hoping Bloom can do it. Actually we may have it this season if the pitching settles in and comes through.sikeston bulldog2 wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 15:36 pmRight. You are correct. Rarely do you have both, and often n our cases, someone is hurt during postseason. Think CC. When you have both life is good.Cranny wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 16:56 pmSome of the past years we’ve had strong hitting and weak pitching. Other years we’ve had weak hitting and strong pitching. At the major league level he was forced by ownership to trade popular players like Betts, which made him unpopular with fans.

Re: This offense is cooking right now.
Nothing sweeter than WC HR the other day. A great MLB moment for a very good Cardinal.
Brown and ???? have done wonders with hitting. Today, do not even care about putting bubble buttes in 2 hole. NA is strokin it, Scott is providing all around quality play, Donovan - guess the hitting facility on 10,000 acres works, and Walker - congrats to that young man - what a huge difference. NA gives us some performance that reminds us of his past.
Would also like to give a shout out to John Jay & ??? for Walker improved defense. Yesterdays catch of the foul ball, for me, totally turned the game around. Great athletic effort by a player we all probably wondered will he ever catch a ball hit to him. IF Scott can keep patrolling CF and Walker improvement on RF D, the outfield D could be a positive.
GO Cards. Keep on rockin and rollin.

And yet we have the idiot Oli sliding WillyC back into the #2 hole, where he s u c k e d, after having some good games hitting down in the order where he belongs.
Can't wait for the little idiot to be fired at seasons end.

Everything in its due time in a rebuild.Cranny wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 15:03 pmDon’t know about that, dawg. Just know that sometimes we can’t have everything at once. Especially when rebuilding. Let’s just compliment the offense right now. Okay with you? Since that’s what this thread is all about.Goldfan wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 13:43 pmDo you want a complete team or not? Who wouldn’t want a stellar SP staff AND a competent manager to go along with a good offense. Why does wanting a complete baseball team illicit stupid responses from you…..Cranny wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 12:26 pmSo there are some good things happening, Goldfan, but you still have to dwell on the negative. Got it.,Goldfan wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 09:43 am
Can you win with ONLY a good offense. As I stated above….solidify SP and stop giving away L’s, replace Oli and this team could compete.
But management doesn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. Or they contracted chitty services and somehow think paying them to suck is better than paying them to be gone. Money spent either way
If you plan to mow the lawn…..you trim first….then go to start the mower and it won’t crank over are you throwing a party That you trimmed and call it a day……COMPLETE THE PROJECT
As to crawl walk run, the similarities are- the focus is never on any advance, just the present. Once we learn to crawl adequately the immmediate shift to walk, again with only vision for the present or the walk.
Yes you are you f**king liar.
Oh no would I really?![]()

I guess you can get away with that behind your keyboard on an anonymous forum (breaking all the rules), but if you take that into to real world you’re going to lose some teeth.Banner29 wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 21:07 pmthetank2 wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 17:10 pmNot rooting against Bloom, but, I don't think Red Sox fans miss him.Cranny wrote: ↑15 Apr 2025 16:56 pmSome of the past years we’ve had strong hitting and weak pitching.
