They finally score and Klauss finally scores but no help.
Hartel and Teuchert have not picked up where they left off last year.
Becher needs to find the net.
Hopefully I didn’t break the rule of posting TOO SOON after a loss.
City score but lose again.

Re: City score but lose again.
I blame City's current lack of form on Olof Mellberg wearing work-out clothes on the sideline. Where is the professionalism?
Re: City score but lose again.
Not much City talk recently.
I don’t think the clothes matter.

Re: City score but lose again.
Atlanta went to South America to find talent, and it not only produced, it also sold that talent for good cash, and found others.
why are we scouring the swedish league, and bundis for cast offs, and elder talent? Bundis isn't the league it was, say 5 years ago. talent slip, bad buys, etc. If were going to Scandanavia, we should be looking at Bodo/Glimt players, who are well coached and developed.
Have they even looked at any players in Spain? Lots of players in Spanish academiesb teams,, who will be blocked for a decade. scout them
One more year for the GM, after this one, , then he has to be on the hot seat, worst thing for franchise was the early success. NO one expected it, the high pressure tactic worked, till teams figured out, one pass and its odd numbers going other way.

Re: City score but lose again.
The reason is Lutz.
Not sure what his credentials are for his position.
An ESPN commentator?
Hartel and Teuchert came in and played well last year.
This year? Not so much.
Klauss and Becher need to find that scoring touch again.

Maybe so, but City still leads the league in goals against.AtillaTheBlue1 wrote: ↑16 Apr 2025 17:39 pm Atlanta went to South America to find talent, and it not only produced, it also sold that talent for good cash, and found others.

And if the front line is struggling, it's more likely that better opportunities will come there way by forcing action and opening up the field.
Re: City score but lose again.
City have been shut out in six of their nine games.
They are 28th in goals scored.
12th in the league.
If they don’t start scoring goals it won’t matter where they are in the league in goals against.
Plus, when they aren’t scoring goals they aren’t a lot of fun to watch.

It's becoming more normal in a lot of different sports.todd-parker wrote: ↑14 Apr 2025 11:01 am I blame City's current lack of form on Olof Mellberg wearing work-out clothes on the sideline. Where is the professionalism?
Re: City score but lose again.
"Investing" a C-Note to watch no goals requires a mammoth leap-of-faith.
Re: City score but lose again.
No one has to invest anything if you don’t want to.
