Does MN have the tie-breaker if we match regulation wins because they'll have more regulation AND OT wins?

Just curious.

Here is the only possibility of beating MN in a tiebreaker:

MN wins two games precisely in the SHOOTOUT not the 5 min OT
Blues win two games in regulation.

Under this scenario, Blues and Wild each have 97pts, they each have 33RW, and the Blues edge MN 41-40 on ROW.

It has to be this way. If MN wins 1 in a shootout and 1 in OT they also have 41 ROW, at which point they go to overall wins which would be tied at 45. Then it's head to head and Minnesota already clinched this one by winning three games in regulation versus one the other way against the Blues.
