Amazing what the trickle down effect of Holloway has shown up to be.

We’re getting out depthed by one of the most top heavy lineups in the NHL WITH over a quarter of their top nine out injured and playing with five defensemen.

Calgary leads. Are we ready for prime time or not?

Buch is just playing brain dead. Another stupid back pass in his own end leads to the 2nd goal. Then he gets a pass to put him in on a partial breakaway and he pulls up and promptly gives it to Edmonton.WilliamWestcliffe wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 22:58 pm If you can get out from under Saad you can get out from under Faulk. There’s an immeasurable number of defensemen in FA that are capable of 3rd pairing minutes and maintaining a positive +/-
That said, this roster is full of issues currently. Where the hell is neighbors, Schenn, buchnevich and Kyrou? So many disappear so easily when there’s any sign of adversity. Who’s stepping up in this lineup? How do you justify the disparity in some of those salaries against Holloway?

Parayko's absence and his big RH stick is a big factor in that. As well as on the offense in the O-Zone.TampaBlues78 wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 22:59 pmI see, but one person doesn’t make a team. A lot of turnovers the past two games unacceptable

No kidding. Flashbacks to the Kyrou of yesteryear with that drop pass in the O-Zone.2forDiving wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 23:02 pmBuch is just playing brain dead. I definitely get that cp55 has been a beast this year but we won like 10 games in a row w/out him and Mc David is making us look like dog shuticon wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 23:03 pmParayko's absence and his big RH stick is a big factor in that. Ok. who were you previously, and we are asking Faulk to play in place of Parayko. Which player can we put in that position that will play to your standards?diehardbluesfan1 wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 22:59 pmI am a diehard fan, doesn’t mean we don’t have guys that suck homersmegma wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 22:49 pmYour diehard is showing. Can we trade fans, a bag of potato chips is good enough?diehardbluesfan1 wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 22:42 pmGood return? Hahahhahahaha. Your cute. A good return with his cap hit is a bag of pucks. You trade him for a 6th rounder and sign someone or trade for someone in the off seasonsmegma wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 22:40 pmWho takes his place now? I'm ok with trading him, as long as we get a good return.diehardbluesfan1 wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 22:34 pmThird pairing minimum and trade in the off season. I’d sit him a few games and try someone else

They have gotten completely away from what was working. They were making the safe plays and the transition game was flying. Now they are playing like they did the first 70% of the season. Terrible play in their own end. Stupid drop passes in their own end instead of going forward with the puck. The last 3 goals against outside of the ENG have come off failed back passes in their own end. And that doesn’t count the one Schenn coughed up a few games ago vs Pittsburgh.TampaBlues78 wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 23:06 pmI definitely get that cp55 has been a beast this year but we won like 10 games in a row w/out him and Mc David is making us look like dog shuticon wrote: ↑09 Apr 2025 23:03 pmParayko's absence and his big RH stick is a big factor in that. The in-game announcers are unlistenable. Completely suck.
