If you can get out from under Saad you can get out from under Faulk. There’s an immeasurable number of defensemen in FA that are capable of 3rd pairing minutes and maintaining a positive +/-

That said, this roster is full of issues currently. Where the hell is neighbors, Schenn, buchnevich and Kyrou? So many disappear so easily when there’s any sign of adversity. Who’s stepping up in this lineup? How do you justify the disparity in some of those salaries against Holloway?

Buch is just playing brain dead. Another stupid back pass in his own end leads to the 2nd goal. Then he gets a pass to put him in on a partial breakaway and he pulls up and promptly gives it to Edmonton.

We are not showing any urgency to get into the playoffs like we saw from the jets and now undermanned oilers team they have only 5 dmen ridiculous how we don’t have much zone time

Yeah he hid some of the warts of Schenn being your 2C. Without him, Schenn has been exposed a bit.

So what do you guys suggest for Faulk tar and feathers, run him out of town? How about we hang him!

Third pairing minimum and trade in the off season. I’d sit him a few games and try someone else

They have gotten completely away from what was working. They were making the safe plays and the transition game was flying. Now they are playing like they did the first 70% of the season. Terrible play in their own end. Stupid drop passes in their own end instead of going forward with the puck. The last 3 goals against outside of the ENG have come off failed back passes in their own end. And that doesn’t count the one Schenn coughed up a few games ago vs Pittsburgh.
