If you can get out from under Saad you can get out from under Faulk. There’s an immeasurable number of defensemen in FA that are capable of 3rd pairing minutes and maintaining a positive +/-

That said, this roster is full of issues currently. Where the hell is neighbors, Schenn, buchnevich and Kyrou? So many disappear so easily when there’s any sign of adversity. Who’s stepping up in this lineup? How do you justify the disparity in some of those salaries against Holloway?

Also, the loss of Parayko is finally showing up. I've seen a lot of our LH D-man having to take passes on the backhand on RD. Not in a position to shoot or make plays while keeping the puck in the zone, either. Need his RH stick and offense back on RD in a lot of minutes.
