1. Fielder's Right of Way on Batted Balls:
General Rule:
On a batted ball, fielders have the right to field the ball, and runners must avoid them.
Runner's Responsibility:
Runners must avoid a fielder who is in the act of fielding a batted ball, even if it means running outside the baseline.

Obstruction:
