Even funnier is I never said anything like that, and that you have to invent false narratives to support your flimsy arguments.
Sure, you implied it by creating that big list.
False.
Okay, bud.
Find another bud, bud.
You’re seriously suggesting that my asking you to identify players Mo should have acquired suggested that I “assume every tradable young player at the ‘23 deadline was nearly 2 years away or more from mlb”??
It’s almost like you are out to prove you’re a full blown asshat.
BTW, it’s working.
Don’t get mad at me. I didn’t trade for players yet to contribute to the mlb roster.
I hope Saggese, Roby, etc make a positive impact! I’m rooting for them. But (bleep), taking long enough.

Bud.
It’s been 1.3 years of season that they’ve been in the organization, that’s not exactly an eternity or worth getting all upset over.

Trading 3 rentals on expiring contracts isn't a "firesale"
Those 3 pitchers were worth at most 5 WAR combined over the rest of that season. So if the Cardinals get more than 5 WAR from all these prospects combined over each of their 6 years of control, they come out ahead. That's how trades work.
Saggese himself could accrue twice that much WAR in the next 6 years.
