I heard Kerbs talking about that on NHL Radio this morning. I didn't have a chance to look at it, but, that says a ton about this team.

That is unbelievably misleading. Hofers numbers are against weaker teams...look at his numbers against good teams. Maybe we can get a good draft pick before he is offer sheeted

I'll agree with the last post to a degree. He has had the easier starts. That is what is expected from a young goaltender playing behind a clear #1. do not agee with the rest of that post. The issue that made the the Oilers susceptable to the offer sheets was that they left themselves with no available cap space. Army intimated as much during interviews following he deal. The Blues will have plenty of cap space to match any offer sheet for Hofer. The issue will be if management thinks the compensation outways keeping the player.

I didn’t say Hofer was better; I said they have almost identical stats (except winning percentage which is likely due to strength of schedule).
I agree that Binner has better save % above expected and goals against above expected.

"Almost". Well, stats are stats. Aside from age and experience there's a Cup and the 4Nations Tournament win and what he was doing in 2022 before Kadri. I mean, stats "almost" mean something. Almost.
