I'm sorry if this has already been reported here, but this article indicates that Mizzou has the easiest football schedule in the SEC.

Re: Tigers football easiest schedule in the SEC
I saw that this morning.
Eight home games, out of conference Louisiana,UMass, and Central Arkansas, miss Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas. Drinkwitz may have cracked the code to winning 10 games.
They do have an attractive home schedule: the three teams that beat them last year, Alabama, TAMU, and South Carolina, plus Kansas. That slate should sell some tickets.

Same as last year we had the easiest in the SEC. Ten wins should be the minimum expectation for Drink.

Do not forget the roster goes from 120 to 85. Nothing is easy. M-I-Z!!!
Re: Tigers football easiest schedule in the SEC
The Roster goes from 85 to 105 scholarship players.
Re: Tigers football easiest schedule in the SEC
I'd expect Auburn and Oklahoma to be better than last season. It's not an easy schedule, overall, but compared to other SEC schools, yes.
The KU game is no cakewalk. People need to understand it will be a guy making his second career start (whether Pribula or Horn) vs a 6th yr Senior. That is a disadvantage so early in the season.

The Chickenhawks guy is a 6th year senior for a reason. He can't get a sniff from the NFL. What a loser for a loser school.woofy25 wrote: ↑03 Apr 2025 08:46 am I'd expect Auburn and Oklahoma to be better than last season. It's not an easy schedule, overall, but compared to other SEC schools, yes.

Thanks for making my point. What did Grill do down the stretch and in the tournament when the team really needed him? Couldn't throw it in the ocean. Couldn't get his own shot. The NBA won't be coming his way.woofy25 wrote: ↑04 Apr 2025 06:25 amCaleb grill was a sixth year senioricon wrote: ↑04 Apr 2025 00:28 amThe Chickenhawks guy is a 6th year senior for a reason. I'm not that afraid of the Kansas Community College guy.

Haha. Grill was six man of the year and carried them through the most fun, entertaining Mizzou basketball in years when they peaked in Jan/feb. Mizzou isn’t playing Kansas in the CFP. It’s the second game of the season and yes there is an advantage when the opposing team has an experienced qb against a first year starter on the first weekend in September. I also didn’t say anyone should be scared of anyone else.icon wrote: ↑04 Apr 2025 07:50 amThanks for making my point. Icon point was to take a shot at a Mizzou basketball player in a football threadwoofy25 wrote: ↑04 Apr 2025 08:58 am Haha. Re: Tigers football easiest schedule in the SEC
and yet it turned out Ole Miss did when computed at the end of the year. Nobody knows who will be good before the season starts- look at Vandy and BC last year. Nobody expected them to be bowl teams, much like most didn't see S Carolina's push for a playoff spot. I'll admit our OOC schedule is weak, but the SEC games will all be toss-ups. If I had to guess today, I'd think we would be favorites in no more than 3 or 4 of those conference battles.

Here's a couple of Villiage Trolls expecting a minimum of ten wins for a team that will only be favored in no more than 7-8 games.knttiger wrote: ↑05 Apr 2025 08:06 amand yet it turned out Ole Miss did when computed at the end of the year.
