It's official per JR, Snuggerud will be in the lineup.

I like Joseph and he brings a little sandpaper to his game, but it's the logical choice if they want Snuggerud in.

DD should be playing over Sunny IMO. But Monty loves Sunny.

Number 21. Great number and some big shoes to fill
My all time blue favorite wore this number, back in the 70s

Agree and I'm sure he will a couple more times (I hope, at least).

As for tonight, I'm not sure you can take out Sunny and Joseph for Dvo and Snuggs. That either puts both kids on the same line or disrupts the others, which have been playing well.

I agree I don't think we will have a "kid" line this year. I could see DD getting back in to give Sunny another maintenance day. Snuggy is more likely to stick simply because it's easier to cutover to wing than center. I hope he plays well. It will give us added depth if we make the playoffs.

Snuggy sounds so lame for a hockey player. Can't we come up with something more manly? You really want a nickname that rhymes with Huggy?

Maybe just use his real name.

And Bolduc has been ripping it from the slot!!!
Let's not forget about Dvorsky!

My favorite nickname given to a player was given to TJ Oshie by Walt, "Furnace Face".

You can't and that's why Monty's not doing it.

Names are great for fodder and we all want the prospects to prosper but I think it's next to incredible Snuggs is getting in this huge game tonight.

I wish him the very best.

What a pick, what a guy, what a career. I mean.
Those three games he wore the number for the blues had to be the three most rememberable games of his life.

Not quite. But I think he wore it after Winsink.
