As much as I hate to skip a Blues game, I think I’m going to watch Snuggerud tonight. Would like to see him win the National Championship, but wouldn’t mind seeing him in the Blues lineup sooner than later.

I was mostly joking but I agree with your take on the game. Even if MN loses tonight I’m guessing my scenario I’d pretty far fetched.

Western MI currently 1-1 headed to OT. Mich St up3-2 on Cornell early third.

Cornell just scored with ten secs left in regulation to beat two seed MSU. MN St late in OT still 1-1

Cornell coach Mike Shafer is in his 30th and final season. Guy has run a hell of a program. And now they are a win away from a trip here.

1st game now headed to double OT (which, in deference to political correctness, now is labeled “sudden victory”), so Minnesota game won’t start until 8:30-9:00 (barring a 3rd overtime).

Maybe it’s just me, but I wasn’t impressed with either team. But given how well the Blues have been playing lately, college games are probably going to look slow and sloppy.
