This x1000!!!blackinkbiz wrote: ↑24 Mar 2025 08:37 am Deserves some sort of discipline but where's the outrage over Marcheshit taking a 10-stride running tackle into Broberg's head from behind?
Also, just watching the replay, March was so incensed and out of control, he didn't give a F about anything other than getting some revenge and not only was his hit on Broberg beyond dirty, it was a full second or two AFTER a whistle was blown.
If that doesn't get you a suspension in this league I don't know wth does.

Yep. The video review should have corrected that blown call, it zebra egos must have been fragile.blues2112 wrote: ↑24 Mar 2025 10:16 am Toropchenko deserved two for cross checking or boarding, Marchessault at least one minor for slashing. Play ends, coincidental penalties.
From the overhead angle, it looked like Preds player clipped Binnington's stick while skating past net. I can see why refs may have thought Broberg tripped him. His stick was nearby, but not the cause of the trip.
That sequence was not well-managed by the officials.

Re: Supplemental discipline for Bolduc?
The Blues are one of the most pestering teams in the league to play against. Prior to this run, they were top 6 in hits. We still are top 6 in hits and now are winning. Guys like Bolduc taking care of business, there's not an easy line to go against. With Tucker in the lineup, you have him and suter doing old man things and Faulk who occasionally throws his weight around keeping people away from binner. And the forward group seems to be operating by themselves. Neighbours and Buchy protect Thomas. Bolduc doing it on the 1st line was hilarious. Schenn protects Holloway and Kyrou. The 3rd and 4th lines seems to scrap for themselves. Joseph, Sunny, Bolduc when 3rd, WTF line, all are pests. It's an interesting timeline in Blues hockey. We don't have a goon, but we have people that are willing to fight just because they will stick up for their teammates.
6 fights in 5 games. Everybody is talking about it.

If anything, Torp should be disciplined. That was a super dangerous play.

I hate Nashville and their retarded fan base more than any other team in any other sport.
Bolduc showed great restraint. Playing the dirty, flopping, [kittycats] in their (bleep) colored sweaters has to be agitating.

Should have awarded Bolduc one of the three stars for the game.
Took awhile but now we're getting back to hockey.

I mean really, looked like he crossed checked him in the rump and not very hard. Aside from a couple red stripes on the touche and maybe uncomfortable sitting, no biggie. He deserves it for being on Nville, they're always guilty of something.
