Difficult to have your A game with the disruptions of the lineups we had this weekend, but we adjusted just well enough.

Big win, especially since this was the 3rd game in 4 nights! They had to be tired. Good gritty victory!

A lot closer than that game needed to be.

I think Binnington was more crucial to the win that our Neighbor(s)

This was the easiest stretch in the season schedule, and the Blues feasted upon it. Great game, nice PK at the end. Refs definitely called a lop-sided game, it didn't matter.

Like a hockey player. He made a nice pass to set up the PP goal though Texier's tip-in cost him an assist. Seemed to be appropriately engaged when on the ice.

Just fine - looked a bit nervous early on, but generally in good position in each zone. Made good decisions with the puck, including a great no-look pass to set up Texier's tip-in goal on the PP (didn't get the assist).

Was going to comment that his skating/speed does not seem to be an issue, and his brain makes up for it in spades.

Dvorsky wore #54 and, I don’t know about his defense, but he had very good offensive instincts. Montgomery put him
On the power play and he got what would’ve been the third assist. He made a smart play to push the puck over and then Thomas and Bolduc before Texier stuck it in by their goalie. Why Tex was on the PP IDK

So positionally Dvorsky was sound and maybe one day I’ll have the instinct to shoot like Bolduc does now . Not the biggest looking kid.

Good point, Aesa….

We can give Sunny some well-deserved rest. His knees must be knackered and squeaky.

Bolduc has taken even more giant steps. He is a poster player for how to break into the NHL the proper way. We might not need Buch to come back as desperately as I feared.

The third line might be a force to be reckoned with for the first time this year. They all have great speed now.

The boys have played 6 games in 8 days. That's crazy. No wonder they look at little gassed this weekend.

Now it's every other day.

Good point Somni. We now have all the back-to-back games in the rear view mirror and Calgary still has one pair ahead of them, plus play every other day for the rest of the season.

if Texier doesn’t tip that … nobody gets an assist.

DD’s pass was the key that made the goal happen, a no look beauty with the calm and aplomb of a Veteran.

Kerry Fraser called a fair game IMO. I hated Devorsky back in the day, but there wasn't anything worse than Mick McGeough...aka Mr. Magoo because he literally made up penalties and completely missed the obvious calls. On the other hand was Rob Schick. My buddies and I would high five when Schick was announced as the ref.
