If ever there was a time to find out, then this is the year.

(Based on his STing I'd say, "H e l l yes"!)

Since they announced VS2 officially....
I like that first lineup a lot.
That DH call will be interesting.
I still see Oli putting Winn at leadoff... he knows best.

Winn will be at lead-off since Oli is a genius and we're all a bunch of hacks.

That is the whitest, Missouri opening day menu imaginable.
(Unless of course, "Cremed corn" is a French take).

I do, however, give you credit for naming the two "what don't you want?" vegetables from the following classic film scene:

I suggest Kirkland Champagne, a bargain at $20 (for the un-tariffed moment), to help cut the grease and make the greens really pop.
Enjoy.

Opening day.
LF Nootbar
C Herrera
2B Donovan
1B Contreras
3B Arenado
DH Burleson
RF Walker
SS Winn
CF Scott

Bench: Pages, Gorman, Siani, Baker

Six guys share 5 positions with Donovan moving all around.
Day 1: 2B Donovan, SS Winn, 3B Arenado, LF Nootbar, RF Walker --- no Gorman
Day 2: 2B Gorman, SS Donovan, 3B Arenado, LF Nootbar, RF Walker --- no Winn
Day 3: 2B Gorman, SS Winn, 3B Donovan, LF Nootbar, RF Walker --- no Arenado
Day 4: 2B Gorman, SS Winn, 3B Arenado, LF Donovan, RF Walker --- no Nootbar
Day 5: 2B Gorman, SS Winn, 3B Arenado, LF Donovan, RF Nootbar --- no Walker
Day 6: 2B Gorman, SS Winn, 3B Arenado, LF Nootbar, RF Walker --- no Donovan

Herrera starts 2 of 3 games at C.
Burleson at DH vs RHP; Baker at DH vs LHP; Baker gives Contreras a day off per week
Siani gives Scott a day off per week. Replaces Walker in RF late.

Well, being that I'm a white former Missourian it fits!

Your video reminds me of my first experience visiting the original Dreamland Ribs in Tuscaloosa, AL. We sat down at our table and an oversized waitress slowly sauntered over and asked "what'chall want?" I asked to see a menu. The reply? "Ain't got no menu, jus' ribs." Do you have sides, I asked? "No sides, jus' ribs." She pointed to one of those signs on the wall where small plastic letters are hung. The first line read RIBS 14.95, while the second line read HALF SLAB 9.95. That was it. Ribs, white bread, and ice cold beer, as the song says. We did get to choose from a modest list of beers.

Hey Brummer, MY GGG was a huge fan of pork steaks as well-like every old German/Scot in that city.
My olfactory memory of him is Stag beer, Hi-ho crackers and peanut butter. I can smell it like it was yesterday (with a Cards game on the transistor radio, naturally).
