Then after the ensuing faceoff he was in the corner with the puck and played it weakly - he could've pinned it against the boards and wasted time but instead chipped it up ice along the boards and it barely made it out. 3 more seconds of fight in the corner and we win in OT.
Edit: He did have that post in OT that I thought was a goal for redemption.

Looking in mirrors and projecting. Whatever works boss lol!DawgDad wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:19 pmI'm sorry your life is so sad. Wait . . . Sammy can’t not be a vapid, hollow skulled Blueser.Kilokaai wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:12 pmI mean I watched the whole game, I don't think Binny had a very good game overall. He made the one save with his cheater in the 2nd that was a good save but otherwise pretty pedestrian. It is okay to just acknowledge he didn't win them the game.
Glad we got the extra point!
Just a ton of resolve and persistence. If you believe the Blues aren't the better team then it's MORE impressive what they're doing!

I was thinking that in OT as well. If this team can prove they're worthy and make it in without him, we can be believers in them doing some damage when he returns.sdaltons wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:27 pmDefinitely missed 55 therezamadoo wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:26 pmThat's how I felt too. You are definitely outclassed on this board. You got something right.

I agree with SD. What bothered me about that goal was the fact that the Blues cleared the D zone and for reasons can't understand, the Blues headed up ice rather than collapsing on the blue line to prevent re-entry.sdaltons wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:14 pmAll that is fine. Both goals before that were weird but yeah he didn't steal this one. That being said, to argue he should have stopped the slapper that tied it is just nonsense.Kilokaai wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:12 pmI mean I watched the whole game, I don't think Binny had a very good game overall. who were the 3 stars of the game?
Re: GDT: Nucks at Blues 6:30 ESPN+ Hulu
I agree - and it seemed like they were allowing the shot from that area all night. Myers had a massive wind up from there.swatski wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:38 pmGreat point, HM.Harold_Melvin wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:33 pmI agree with SD. On top of it they miss the fact their goalie got outplayed AND gave up a softie with 3 seconds left in the biggest game of the yearneverchange27 wrote: ↑20 Mar 2025 21:33 pm What a sad fan base. Complaining about the broadcast. Just sad.
