Marek Houston hit a Grand Slam in the 4th inning last night, lone hit... 1-5, GS, 4 RBI.

Ethan Conrad was 2-4, 2 Singles, Run

-----

Dean Curley was 2-4, Triple, Single, 2 Runs

Gavin Kilen was 1-2, Single, Run, RBI, SF, BB

-----

Aiva Arquette was 1-4, Single, Run

------

Turkington had another good outing for Cal on Friday night. So, that left David Shaw closing out the game with 2/3 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K.

He has a start this season...according to Fan Graphs. Was it midweek this week?.... ERA at 3.18 on the season... 11 K/9, extremely healthy K/9

Jamie Arnold returns for FSU today. He missed last weeks start because of illness. FSU's head coach shuffled the weekend rotation this week, so Arnold will start on Saturday vs. BC.

Yea, he “started” Tuesdy’s game vs Utah, went 1 scoreless IP with a K and a walk allowed.

Michigan State’s LHP Joseph Dzierwa has gotten off to a great start this year 4-0 with a 0.70 ERA and 41 K-6 BB in 25 IP through his first 4 starts. Yesterday vs Iowa:

6 IP 8 H 3 ER 1 BB 5 K MSU won 12-8 in extra innings.

He’s a 6’8” LHP, pretty sure he’s draft eligible this year.

in a world where we land Gabe Davis...I can live with that. I have faith that he can lower his ERA below 6, 5, and 4 before the end of the season. The 11-12 K/9 is nice. I tie the Walk rate to the 6.80 ERA

6'9" beast. He's like Chase Shores...if either can learn control, they'll be an incredible starter. Bullpen if things don't work out.

I have a feeling that he may drop to 3rd or 4th round. He was in a lot of Top 20-40 draft boards preseason

there's one thing I think the entire industry can agree on right now....if not the industry, I'd say the fans : "Every Mock will be all over the place for the next 4 months"

Holy moly....their mock makes some recent result leaps, which I like and can respect. But they leave Holliday, Cunningham, LaViolette so very high.

I think they LOVE Cunningham way too much, and they refuse to back down him.

Tampa Rays haul...3 potential 1st rounders (in my mind)....having 3 picks in the first 42 should be illegal LOL

JD Thompson is a Top 7 college pitcher....he might land Top 5 when it's all said and done. Godbout might be the one who drops to the 2nd round. Virginia is struggling so much right now. Top 3 team 3 weeks ago, out of the Top 25 now. Godbout and Ford have been disappointing.

the O's haul 8O

Brendan Summerhill, OF, Arizona
Ethan Conrad, CF, WF
Luke Stevenson, C, UNC

I had Stevenson in my Top 10 preseason....he's fallen, b/c so many have risen....and Catcher rarely stay high on draft boards.

their other 2 picks are Highschool SS I've never heard of.

-----

again, as I said a few posts above....this mock is bit all over the place. The end result will likely be different.

I love their synopsis/reasoning for the picks. Perfect Game usually does really well with this...and they did so again.

very good read

he is having a nice season. Tigers get him at bargain (maybe) in the PG draft at 62...we take a highschool kid 6 or 7 spots before that.

I was looking at the draft order and noticed the Brewers have 5 picks from 20-68. (20, 32, 33, 59, 68)
That's basically 3 1st round and 2 2nd round picks.

I don’t see him getting past Seattle at three
