What moves have Mozeliak made to earn his salary this year?

Post by Shady »

Just curious. Maybe there are responsibilities he has that aren't obvious. If he really means a reset. He needs to move at least two of these three before the season starts to create spots for younger players. Those three are Arenado, Gray and Fedde. I realize two of the three have NTCs.

Is his salary coming out of your bank account? If so, fire him if you wish. If not, find something else to whine about. I'm sure the board could use another Burleson thread.

This thread will be hilarious in the fact that the large majority of people here hate Mo but even they probably will overlook that and join forces with team Mo just this once because shady is annoying

Some of you seem to be just fine with Mo not, emphatically, doing more to improve the Cardinals. Unfrickenbelievable !

He's getting paid for the moves he is NOT making this year.
And taking all the $h#@ that comes with it and not Bloom.

My compensation as it sits today, has been established based on my production over the past decade and a half. If i don't perform as well this year as i have in the past, I doubt my company is just going to reduce my comp. Reckon it's similar for Mo. Except he makes quite a bit more than me

Blooom is just glad that shoe is on someone else’s foot this time. The redsox had him do that last time cut payroll make fans angry then axed him and used him for the fall guy. Same thing is happening with Mo and bloom will get to play the hero coming in this time. But Mo does suck I just hope bloom doesn’t suck also

Will Mo, actually, not be able to move at least one of these expendable players before the season. Arenado, Gray and Fedde. The Cardinals aren't going anywhere with these three this season. Open up some spots for young guys for the future.

Some of us expected this.
Some of us may not be pleased, but unlike you, we are not surprised.
Some of us surmise that in this current climate, Mo does what Mr DeWitt tells him to do.

To be honest Mo could have been in a coma the past 3 months and no one would have noticed since the result would be the same

I think, if, Mo "traded" Burleson it could allow a more "versatile" player like Koperniak an opportunity. Or, it, could allow a "player" like Baker a chance to be a RH power "bat" off the bench.
