Caught this on CBS Saturday Morning today. Hudson Table is a small chain with locations in Brooklyn, Hoboken, Philly and Stamford CT Their offered dining experience is a chef competition. About 40 people seated around a kitchen where 2 chefs square off. The chefs are given a box of ingredients, unknown until they they receive it, they proceed to do a 4 course dinner for the guests. The diners have no clue what they'll be having for dinner. (Don't know how they deal with food allergies, if at all). After the meal the chefs are graded by the diners. Price $135-$155 per head.
