95 wins…. And I’m sober. Good thing I don’t drink.

It all comes together. Walker blossoms and reminds the world why he was a top 3 prospect and had an OPS above .900, Arenado rebounds and hits 25 home runs, Nootbaar stays healthy and gives us a 20/20 season, Winn adds a little power and some SBs to give us a 20/30 season from SS , Donovan is Donovan and maintains a .380 on base percentage with 20 bombs, Contreras has Silver slugger numbers, Herrara becomes the best hitting catcher in the league batting over .300 with 500 PA. Burleson and Baker make a perfect DH platoon and hit 40 plus home runs. Scott finally steals’s spot and another 50 bags. JJ is a September call up and puts us over the top.

As for the pitching staff Gray settled in to STL fully healthy and wins the NL Cy Young.
Pallante, Mathews and McGreevy resemble the young 90s Braves staff and all hit 15 wins. The over populated bullpen dominates with 4 lefties including Thompson and Liberatore with O’Brien and Roby raising the strike out totals from the right side. Helsley gets past 50 saves.

The cards are back to filling up the stadium by the all star break.

Card win the central and then the World Series

Mo retires on top to drive car talk posters in to crazy debates for years to come questioning one another to whether he was better PBO than they thought.

In the offseason the hire Pujols and Molina ad the first co-managers of baseball. Oli takes a job with the white Sox’s.

I don’t believe we can draft higher than 10th though.

You just lost your future GM gig, brother.
Meh, I lost that a long time ago. If Dippin dots can be the ice cream of the future for decades then I will still be a future GM.

When you figure that the Pirates' rotation could stymie the prospective lineup over 13 games, the future doesn't look that bright.

The Cubs will be better. The Brewers may be slightly worse. And the Reds will probably be a little better. The Pirates will have fine pitching, but their lineup will hold them back. Where does that leave the Cardinals? Good question.

With that in mind, it's hard to see this team being better than .500. And it's easy to see they could be a lot worse than that.

I admire your optimism. I would be pleased if the Cards were in it at the end of the season. I do think that the 3 W's Walker, Winn, and Wetherholt are future stars and will lead to a great future. Hopefully, the Cardinals ownership recognizes this early and locks them down long term.

The 2024 Cards had a rough offense, but their starting pitching kept them afloat and kept the bullpen from getting gassed.

The 2025 team will have better offense, but if the back half of the rotation implodes, it could get ugly. That is their biggest question mark.

If the young pitchers make serious strides and step up, this team can win 87-93 games.

I like our staff. And no one is counting Matz. Here me now, a healthy Matz, I see a sleeper team.

Pretty strong. Explain- you like our staff and we have a very good defensive infield. I think our outfield will hold us back both offensively and some minor D issues.

This may be the hardest team to project. I can see them winning 65 games, I could also see them winning 90+ games if a lot of things go right and they get some breakout stars.

But I'll say for my official projection that they win 78 games.

I believe the retention of Nado really helps this team out. If you had Gorman playing 3rd for 130 games it would be a disaster. I think they can get to around 80 wins current state with this roster.

What I am really interested in and what we saw last year.... If the bullpen can reform and become a powerhouse like last year (with different parts) maybe 85-86 wins?
