Blues bashing is fashionable, but ...

Post by blues2112 »

Tuesday, team came back from two goals against WC champs; lost to SC champs by a goal in a final minute.

Those are no small feats. Couple upgrades away from being a legit playoff contender.

The Hawks came back from a 2 goal deficit in the 3rd against the oilers last night.

Watch out

It's funny how many are afraid to be Blues fans on a Blues forum. I still think, if Thomas and Broberg don't get hurt, this is a VERY different season. Can't see how it's possible Broberg is 100%.

I agree.
We might have been good enough to not fire Bannister.
The Butterfly Effect is chaotic by definition.

Gotta stay within ourselves and be in the moment.

Until the ship turns around, any bashing this team gets is warranted. Semi-skilled soft and lazy.

You're right they are a couple pieces away.

Problem is, they're the hardest pieces to acquire.

It’s also possible that Broberg has shown us his ceiling and this is what we have.

I think you may be incorrect here. Let's see how he plays next year after he has time to fully recover before calling his ceiling. But, you may be correct. Time will tell. 😀

I'm with you Aesa. Pontificating about the ceiling of a 23 year old D man after that injury is way way premature. I'd go so far as to call it nonsense.
