For what it's worth: I actually enjoyed "Megalopolis", since I saw it as an amalgam of Robert Moses, --- who was also portrayed, essentially, by Alec Baldwin in 2019's excellent "Motherless Brooklyn" (worst title ever) --- and a certain high-profile NYC real estate developer.

Also for what it's worth, I enjoyed 'Joker: Folie à Deux' and don't quite get the anger for this film. Was it because comic book/movie fans were subjected to musical numbers?
Regardless, Borderlands and Madame Web should certainly battle for the most Razzie "awards" this year.

Oddly, "Emilia Perez" is loaded with musical numbers and got 13 Oscar noms.todd-parker wrote: ↑23 Jan 2025 12:22 pm Also for what it's worth, I enjoyed 'Joker: Folie à Deux' and don't quite get the anger for this film. Was it because comic book/movie fans were subjected to musical numbers?

Here's another take on the Razzies: https://tinyurl.com/2va5cmac
If they want to award Razzies for the worst radio commercials, I just heard one that starts "Hey, it's me..." without ID'ing just who "me" is.
Razzie for worst TV commercial: Burger King turning "melts" into a 5-syllable word by an off-key "singer": https://www.gocomics.com/pearlsbeforeswine/2025/01/20

IMO 'Carry-On' was pretty bad.
