Wasn't anything "Iconic" about this place. Very average place IMO. The 1818 Chophouse is pretty good, but this place was not.

This is too bad, but Edwardsville still has some really good restaurants, Cleveland-Heath being arguably the best.

I see you still are an ignorant jerk. Your self-image must be in negative numbers.

Always thought the Chophouse was pretty overrated as well, to be honest.

I agree. I thought it went downhill some after Jennifer and Ed left (but was still good), but the new owners have really been great. I look forward to trying Ed's Delicatessen now that he's back in town, but just haven't made it over there.

I really like Moussalli’s as well. I thought they held up pretty well when they took over from Andria's.

There's a couple more pretty good ones, but those are about the only ones that I go out of the way to hit up anymore since I moved further away.

This is the saddest news I have heard since the Fin Inn in Grafton closed. I hope I don't cry.

I didn't know that Then Finn Inn had closed. That's too bad. I hadn't been there for ten years or more, but it was a fun place. I'm glad to see that a new restaurant is taking that spot.https://www.advantagenews.com/news/loca ... bcff6.html Try Beasley's, right next door, great catfish.

Hey, the Finn Inn was top notch. I enjoyed the tanks and giant turtles!

Yeah, judging the food it was probably raised in those tanks.
