Food Allergy Death at Disney Resort; BUT Victim Trial-Subscribed to Disney+ (Huh???)
OK, I'm no lawyer, but does taking a trial subscription to a TV network, then dying when that massive corporation's resort restaurant's food causes you to go into toxic shock with your food allergies make them liable when you've agreed to not sue them for watching their TV offerings? https://www.wesh.com/article/disney-foo ... ne@msn.com

In the strictest interpretation of the law he did agree that any dispute would be settled out of court, but I believe that most judges will allow the suit to proceed, given that it's a wrongful death suit vs a casual signoff of a trial subscription to a streaming service. Disney's definitely liable, on my opinion.

Well said. I wonder if those "terms and conditions" the victim's husband agreed to to download a trial membership to Disney movies explicitly indemnified The Mouse House from violating his wife's clearly stated allergens when she ate at a Disney property.
